It is a requirement of the WHS Act that your hoists and fly systems are serviced and certified regularly (typically every 12 months).
We provide this service inhouse for hoisting systems but can also perform the work on your premises.
MAXCO Australia has a mobile test system for the inspection and certification of Fly Systems.
Our adaptable test weight system allows us to load test as per the manufactures requirements and we use Nata certified load cells to confirm all testing loads. Our detailed testing procedures and documentation allows for traceability and consistency of service, repair and certification. Â
